Refund Policy

This policy applies to training services booked with Mind Streamhub Ltd. Contact hello@mind-streamhub.click or +447700900006 for refund requests.

Volume Confirmation Workshop

• Deposit (£75): Non-refundable once your seat is confirmed. It secures your place and covers pre-work materials preparation.
• Balance: Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop date. 50% refund if you cancel 7–14 days before. No refund within 7 days, but you may transfer your place to another person at no charge.
• Our cancellation: If we cancel a workshop, you receive a full refund including deposit, or the option to transfer to the next available date.

One-to-One Coaching

• Reschedule free with 48 hours notice.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session fee unless we can reallocate the slot.
• Coaching blocks: unused sessions in a four-session block are refundable at the single-session rate minus £20 administration per refunded session if cancelled before the block expiry date (six months from purchase).

Chart Review Sessions

• Full refund if you cancel before we begin review work (typically within 24 hours of payment and before confirmation email stating review has started).
• Once review work has commenced, fees are non-refundable because labour is allocated.
• If we cannot complete a review due to unreadable submissions, we will request clearer files once at no charge; a second failure warrants a 50% refund.

Practice Lab

• £35 visit fee refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before the lab date.
• Workshop alumni free visits within 60 days are non-transferable.
• No-shows forfeit the visit fee.

Non-refundable items

• Workshop deposits after seat confirmation
• Chart reviews after work has started
• Printed materials already dispatched by post (if applicable to your booking)

Refund process

Email your booking reference and reason to hello@mind-streamhub.click. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 banking days to appear.

Rescheduling

Where refunds are not available, we will offer rescheduling where possible. Workshop transfers to another person require notification at least 48 hours before the event.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions for documented medical emergencies at our discretion. Contact us promptly with supporting information.
